Sustainablility is a big topic when it comes to what we eat. To keep the CO2 footprint on our planet small, it would be best if we ate mostly food coming directly from plants. But for cooks around the world working in cantines and restaurants, where menu choice affects many people, are hindered by false beliefs when it comes to cooking beans and lentils on a large scale. To clear up these myths and educate a new generation of cooks, the Plant Science Center asked us to create this quick teaser video that is part of a E-Learning Course on how to prepare bean and lentils dishes.
