eDNA: course vizualisation for a MOOC

ETHZ D-USYS, Department of Environmental Systems Science

We created six visualizations explaining the different phases of a course about eDNA and one overview pictures to guide students in the whole course.
The animated illustrations are embedded in the eDNA MOOC course. Further, as the illustrations depict the basic research steps for collecting and analysing data with field samples, the visualizations will be recycled in presentations for different teachings. To the MOOC
