  • We created 6 comics about the delicate art of giving and receiving feedbacks for the ETH PBLabs (Project-Based Labs).

  • A comic strip illustrating a feedback session. The first panel shows two women discussing a prototype. One woman says, 'So, what do you think of our prototype?' The other responds, 'Well, I have some thoughts for you...' The second panel has a woman with glasses and long hair saying, 'It's not quite there yet. You need to be more innovative.' The third panel depicts another woman with glasses and short hair asking, 'Is she saying it's bad?' The same woman with glasses then adds, 'What does it even mean?' The fourth panel shows a woman pointing at her screen and saying, 'I like the concept, but users could have trouble navigating. A clearer menu and labels would make it easier to use.' The final panel features a woman with short hair and a yellow top smiling and saying, "That's really helpful! We can adjust that!"
